Although not technically in the Delaware River region, we'd like to give a shout out to the Hudson River's best hard to keep secret--Tuthilltown Spirits.
Located in Gardiner, NY this is NY's first whiskey distillery since prohibition. Distilled treasures are made from local wheat, corn, rye and apples, except for the delicious rum, the main ingredient there--blackstrap molasses, comes from out of state.
Tours and tastings available. Great to sip, look at and talk about in general.
