We've been hearing the foodie buzz about the Asian & New American cuisine at Bay Leaf for some time now. The GPS led the way to this Allentown-based culinary adventure recently for a lunch date. Although the neighborhood was not the best (I parked close to the window so I could keep an eye on my car), Bay Leaf is like an oasis of delicious and flavorful food in what would otherwise be a culinary desert.

Be adventurous and try the specials if they sound tempting, but you can skip the desserts.
