We can say with confidence, that this juiceing & smoothie bar that features just one sandwich and one soup per day (on local artisan bread of course!) may have the highest deliciousness/square ft ratio around.
Get there early, because they can sell out of their delicious made-from-scratch soups and paninis--and then your appetite will not be quenched.
