Columbia Half-Caf

A half-caffeinated version created by blending the Columbian with the Mountain Water Process Decaf Columbian. What results is a rich cup with hints of fruit and a nuttiness that is slightly dry in the mouth but but finishes rich and smoothly.

Fruit is harvested October-December and is mild in acidity.
